As part of our ongoing commitment to staff wellness, we celebrated the 4th Staff Wellness Day of 2024 by honouring the Mid-Autumn Festival with Wagashi. The event saw a fantastic turnout and enthusiastic participation from all attendees.

The day started with a briefing on labour protection and benefits to empower our staff with valuable information and reinforce our commitment to their well-being. Following the briefing, we moved on to the Wagashi workshop. Under the guidance of a professional Wagashi craftsman trained in Japan, we learned the art of shaping and decorating these traditional Japanese confections in charming jade rabbit and maple leaf styles. This fun and creative activity allowed us to express ourselves while appreciating the beauty of Japanese culture during this special festival. The day concluded with a luncheon providing a wonderful opportunity for our staff to enjoy a meal, connect, and strengthen our sense of community within our team.

We left the event feeling rejuvenated and inspired, with a greater sense of camaraderie and well-being. We are committed to continuing to prioritize the well-being of our staff and look forward to organizing more events like this in the future.
