Job Nature
- Mainly deployed to provide computer operation services and facility management services for LHR Data Centre and CSW Data Centre are required.
- The computer operation services of LHR Data Centre and CSW Data Centre include helpdesk operation and network monitoring of multiple major IT systems and networks running on a round-the-clock basis throughout the year including public holidays.
- The facility management services include provision of support services to Uninterruptible Power Supply System, Air-cooling System, Water Detection System, Fire Suppression System, equipment inventory control and physical security control of the data centre, etc.
