You will coordinate stakeholders and vendors to deliver, support, and enhance mission‑critical web applications, ensuring secure changes, strong SLA performance, and clear technical documentation.

• Act as the primary coordinator between business stakeholders and vendors, monitoring progress, resources, and adherence to agreed plans and service levels.
• Lead regular service and project review meetings, managing issue escalation and tracking follow-up actions to closure.
• Drive end-to-end delivery of website and application enhancements and new builds, from requirements and solution/design review to testing, deployment, and operational handover.
• Govern production change and release processes, ensuring compliance with information security, personal data protection, and relevant regulatory standards.
• Oversee application maintenance and incident handling, coordinating fixes and regression testing to ensure SLA response and resolution targets are met.
• Maintain complete, up-to-date technical and operational documentation, supporting knowledge transfer and smooth transition at contract or project end.
• Coordinate day-to-day production support, including case triage, investigation, cross-team collaboration, and preparation of status, trend, and root-cause reports.

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
• At least 4 years of IT system analysis experience with solid hands-on exposure to application and web development (e.g. J2EE/JSP, PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, REST/SOAP, SQL Server).
• Experience with modern web frameworks and CMS platforms; exposure to OpenText TeamSite and popular CMS (WordPress, Umbraco, Drupal, Magnolia) is a strong advantage.
• Exposure to cloud environments (Azure, AWS, Alibaba), including security hardening, monitoring, backup, audit trails, and support for penetration testing.
• Fluent written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Putonghua, with strong coordination, stakeholder management, and vendor oversight skills.
• Proven experience in release and change management, implementing security controls, and handling incidents and problems under time-critical conditions with minimal service disruption.
