You will build AI-powered applications, agents and workflow automations using Python and LLM/RAG solutions to support business teams, integrate with enterprise systems, and deploy via Docker/K8S with modern DevOps and CI/CD.

• Design and develop AI-powered applications, agents and workflow automations to support business units
• Implement AI solutions (agents, RAG, task automation) to enhance internal efficiency
• Collaborate with business teams to understand problems and propose suitable AI/automation solutions
• Develop Python-based backend services and APIs for AI applications and integrations
• Integrate AI services with existing enterprise systems and deploy in Docker/K8S environments
• Utilize AI-assisted development and DevOps practices (CI/CD, monitoring, maintenance) to ensure reliable delivery

• 1–2 years of software or AI development experience; strong-project fresh graduates are welcome
• Strong Python skills, with familiarity with AI-assisted coding tools such as Copilot and Cursor
• Practical knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, Docker and Kubernetes or OpenShift
• Experience with LLM-based applications, including agents, RAG and workflow automation
• Experience with AI frameworks or orchestration tools such as LangChain or LangGraph
• Frontend development skills in React or simple web interfaces, strong problem-solving skills and good spoken Chinese and English
