You’re a key person driving major upgrades across our network and server infrastructure. You’ll modernize systems, strengthen security, and boost performance across on‑premise and cloud environments (Azure, AWS) to ensure reliability and scalability.

• Design, implement, and maintain LAN/WAN networks, servers, and hybrid cloud environments (Azure, AWS) to ensure seamless and secure connectivity.
• Lead infrastructure lifecycle projects including server relocations, virtualization deployments, and SAN/storage migrations, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum reliability.
• Oversee upgrades of wireless and voice communication systems (access points, controllers, PBX/VoIP, SIP trunking) to enhance network resilience.
• Implement and maintain security frameworks including firewalls, SIEM, encryption standards, vulnerability assessments, and ISO 27001 documentation.
• Manage capacity planning, vendor evaluation, budgeting, and disaster recovery/failover procedures to support operational continuity.
• Deploy, integrate, and optimize monitoring and automation tools (e.g. Zabbix, Prometheus, Docker, scripting tools) for proactive system health and performance management.

• At least 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure engineering, including a minimum of 3 years in systems administration or network operations.
• Proven expertise in networks, virtualization platforms (Proxmox, Nutanix, VMware), Linux system administration, and SAN/storage migration.
• Hands‑on experience with security tools (Nessus, firewalls, VPNs, DLP, IPS, antivirus) and solid understanding of ISO 27001 or equivalent compliance frameworks.
• Working knowledge of hybrid cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and multi‑vendor infrastructure environments.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and business teams.
