• Manage subordinates to enhance core modules of the existing enterprise system and ensure integration with finance, procurement and related service modules
• Participate and contribute in all project stages including user requirement collection, system design and analysis, development, testing, user training, maintenance and support services on a cloud platform
• Provide support and advice on application implementation activities such as system integration testing, user acceptance testing, resilience testing, reliability testing and system rollout
• Identify and resolve data quality issues during the migration process
• Ensure that project deliverables meet compliance and quality standards on data security and privacy

• At least 10 years of working experience in IT industry; 6 years or above of working experience in application development, system integration, data migration, security testing on cloud platform
• At least 3 years of working experience in data conversion; experience in data modeling is an advantage
• At least 3 years of working experience in vendor management
• Experience working in government organizations is a plus
• Experience in ERP implementation and enterprise integration is a big advantage
• Good command of English and Chinese in both written and spoken
• Strong negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills
