• Manage and maintain the existing system, including daily operations, documentation, and webpage updates.
• Coordinate and conduct UAT and support system testing with stakeholders.
• Prepare and maintain reports, records, and archives of system changes, enhancements, and testing outcomes.
• Develop and update user support materials such as manuals, guidelines, FAQs, presentations, and video tutorials.
• Provide assistance to various users through enquiries, briefing sessions, and stakeholder engagement.
• Support the development, testing, and ongoing training of the system chatbot and FAQ database.

• Experience in computer system control and operations.
• Familiarity with UAT processes, including preparation and execution.
• Ability to prepare training and presentation materials (e.g., PowerPoint slides, videos).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and multimedia software.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated, hardworking, and capable of working independently.
   

Salary:
