• Provide IT support for site preparation and testing during the deployment of additional e-Channels at control points.
• Assist in reviewing contractor deliverables to ensure quality and compliance with standards.
• Offer IT security support and advice, including upgrades, software patches, and system security.
• Diagnose technical issues with contractors and monitor progress on corrective actions.
• Support operational needs by performing duties outside normal office hours when required.
• Undertake other tasks as assigned to meet departmental business requirements.

• At least 3 years of solid experience in IT security and technical support, covering system implementation and maintenance activities.
• Experience in site preparation for IT deployments.
• Strong background in system implementation and maintenance of multi-vendor mission-critical systems.
• Solid expertise in IT security practices and solutions.
• Willingness to take up on-call duty.
• Flexibility to work outside normal office hours when operational needs arise.
• Travel to Guangdong Province may be required when necessary
   

Salary:
Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
