We are seeking a highly motivated professional to drive innovation and support departmental systems through cutting-edge AI and project implementation.

• Implement new departmental projects and provide ongoing system maintenance and support.
• Develop and optimize applications using LLMs for text generation, summarization, classification, and intelligent search.
• Adapt open-source LLMs and leverage workflow automation tools and application platforms.
• Design and implement RAG architectures, integrating vector databases, embeddings, chunking strategies, and re-ranking models.
• Integrate LLM APIs and open-source models into existing application systems.
• Support procurement, system enhancements, and security audits to ensure compliance with government IT standards, while staying current with emerging LLM technologies.

• At least 3 years’ hands-on experience in IT application development, system implementation, and maintenance/support
• Hands-on expertise with LLMs and Python programming; familiarity with LLM workflow automation tools (e.g., Dify, n8n) is a big plus
• Experience with Kubernetes and knowledge of RAG is an advantage
• Understanding of chunking strategies, model fine-tuning, and prompt engineering
• Good verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese is a plus
