• Support end‑to‑end IT project delivery, including procurement, planning, design, development, testing, and implementation of systems such as web/mobile applications, real‑time information systems, and other solutions.
• Develop, configure, and maintain applications and systems, covering programming, documentation, system administration, and user support.
• Provide ongoing production support for existing systems, including incident handling, root‑cause analysis, bug fixing, performance monitoring, and system enhancements.
• Assist with IT procurement activities for hardware, software, and services, including preparation of specifications, vendor coordination, and procurement support.
• Perform data verification, system accuracy checks, usage monitoring, and reporting, with recommendations to enhance data quality, system controls, and operational efficiency.

• Degree holder or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience in the implementation and support of web and mobile application projects.
• Strong hands‑on experience in mobile application development, including iOS, Android, Flutter, or other cross‑platform frameworks.
• Solid knowledge and practical experience in application development and maintenance on Windows Server and Linux platforms.
• Proficiency in common programming languages, databases, and frameworks, including C#, MSSQL, MySQL, PHP, Java, TypeScript, JavaScript (React, Vue.js), Node.js, HTML, JSON, and Apache.
• Advantageous experience in one or more of the following areas:

o   Python and machine learning libraries (e.g. Scikit‑learn, PyTorch)

o   Server and network infrastructure (e.g. VMware, Docker, Kubernetes, firewalls, routers)

o   Machine learning concepts such as predictive modelling and anomaly detection

• Good communication skills, with strong written English being an advantage.
