About the Role:
Looking for a Business Systems Analyst to document business requirements, manage projects, collaborate with business and technical teams, lead change initiatives, and drive strong stakeholder management to improve systems and workflows.

• Conduct business impact analysis, document requirements, design technical solutions, and support change management initiatives. 
• Manage projects end-to-end: define milestones, form teams, track progress, monitor resources, resolve issues, and ensure deliverables. 
• Perform quality assurance, prepare user training materials, and lead briefing sessions for smooth adoption. 
• Provide technical consultancy by staying updated on emerging technologies and best practices. 
• Deliver daily user support and training, promote IT strategy, and maintain strong stakeholder relationships. 
• Handle administrative tasks including procurement, vendor and contract management, budgeting, and funding.

• Bachelor’s Degree in information systems, computer science, or related field. 
• At least 6 years in business systems requirement analysis and IT project management. 
• Strong technical knowledge in case management, business process systems, web/cloud solutions, document management, data analytics, and Microservices architecture. 
• Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills; fluent in English and Chinese. 
• Experienced in project and quality management with PMP/Agile methodologies; ISO standards; Java/Python knowledge is a plus.
