About the Role:
Seeking a professional with hands-on experience in traditional and generative AI to join the IT AI Implementation team. This role involves managing, designing, supporting, and ensuring quality across internal AI initiatives

• Provide technical support and guidance for deploying, integrating, and maintaining AI applications across the organization.
• Assess and evaluate third-party AI solutions to ensure compliance with organizational needs and best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve AI platform issues, working closely with internal teams and external vendors.
• Gather and analyze business requirements to implement effective AI applications.
• Maintain and improve AI solutions through operational support and staying current with industry trends.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Artificial Intelligence or a related discipline.
• At least 6 years in technical support, software development, and project management, preferably in AI-powered solutions.
• Hands-on experience with AI technologies such as LLMs, RAG, agentic AI, Microsoft Copilot, and other practical AI tools.
• Proficient in Python; familiar with databases like Neo4j and MongoDB; experienced with leading AI development tools.
• Skilled in designing AI solutions including Generative AI, NLP, and Computer Vision; knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Alibaba Cloud).
• Strong communication, project management, and collaboration skills; fluent in English and Chinese.
