You’re a key individual ensuring smooth IT operations—managing data centre facilities, coordinating technical support, and keeping systems running efficiently

• Assist in managing IT hosting services and facilities across multiple locations.
• Maintain inventory and documentation for Communications Rooms/Cupboards (CR/CC)
• Coordinate with technical teams to resolve incidents involving power, cooling, and fire systems
• Oversee access control and ensure accurate inventory records and dashboards.
• Update and manage rack layouts, space usage, and capacity plans
• Prepare routine performance and capacity planning reports

• At least 5 years’ experience in enterprise or institutional colocation data centres or operations centres; familiarity with incident management processes is an advantage
• Proven track record in managing data centre access control and coordinating maintenance activities
• Extensive knowledge of day-to-day data centre operations and maintenance (O&M), including scheduled drills, fault handling, and emergency response
• Experience in asset inventory management
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with system support tools and hand tools
