A Data Science/ Data Analytics  position

Seconded to our clients of public sector to perform the followings:

• Collect, clean, and analyze large and complex data sets from various sources, including electronic health records, clinical management system, operational and financial data.
• Develop and fine-tune predictive models for all the clinical and non-clinical AI initiatives in HA.
• Collaborate with clinicians and other stakeholders to identify relevant research questions, design studies, and conduct analyses.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to decision-makers and stakeholders through reports, dashboards, and presentations.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advances in data science, machine learning, and artificial intelligence, and apply them to healthcare problems.

• Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline.
• Minimum 6 years' working experience in the field of IT
• Proven experience as a technical architect
• Technical skills
  • At least 3 years of experience working with large and complex data sets.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, and data analysis tools such as SQL, SAS, or SPSS.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBI. 
  • Etc.
• Other preferred skills:
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with healthcare data standards and regulations.
• Proficient in English and Chinese in both verbal and written communications
• Eligible to work in Hong Kong
