Job Description
Provide daily technical support for IT infrastructure and assist in the rollout of IT projects involving hardware and related appliances;
Administer Microsoft 365, manage IT assets, perform routine data backups, and oversee server operations;
Install, upgrade, and maintain corporate computers, peripherals, and mobile devices in accordance with company standards;
Deliver end-user support and resolve technical issues across various locations, including offices, retail shops, and warehouses;
Contribute to IT-related projects and initiatives supporting office, retail, and audit requirements;
Maintain stable working hours with minimal overtime;
Offer flexibility for remote work;
Provide weekend standby (on-call) support on a rotating basis.
Job Requirement
Higher Diploma in Information Technology or a related discipline;
Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or IT operations, preferably within the FMCG retail industry;
Proven hands-on experience in Microsoft 365 administration;
Solid understanding of Microsoft Active Directory, Windows Server, VMware, and backup systems;
Familiarity with core networking technologies including TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, VPN, access points, switches, firewalls, and general network security;
Experience with Firewall Security, Mobile Device Management (MDM), and IT Service Management (ITSM) is an advantage;
Experience with POS systems is a strong plus.
