Implementation and maintenance of various systems.

Seconded to our clients of public sector to provide technical support and technical advice on IT Infrastructure and new IT initiatives.

•  Provide technical support to the IT infrastructure including network, virtualisation platform, Windows Servers, etc.
• Provide technical support to information systems and system facilities, such as backup and anti-malware systems.
• Manage the computer operations of IT systems.
• Perform the project management for IT projects.
• Lead a team to perform the duties and offer guidance and support to team members.

• Degree holder in Computer Science/ Information Technology or related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years' working experience in the field of IT, and 5 years experience in similar position;
• Must have substantive experiences in technical support of IT infrastructure.
• Must have substantive experiences in project management, system development and vendor management.
• Must have substantive knowledge on various IT systems, IT infrastructure and application architecture.
• Written test may be arranged during selection interviews.
