This Investment Research Analyst role is a strategic, fast-paced position focused on driving AUM growth through market intelligence, product development, and sales support, requiring strong analytical, communication, and collaborative skills to innovate investment solutions and meet diverse investor needs.

• Continuously evaluate market trends, regulatory updates, and policy shifts to identify opportunities and risks.
• Collect and analyze feedback from distribution channels and clients to understand product demands and preferences.
• Deliver actionable recommendations to guide the team in refining existing products and launching new offerings.
• Create comprehensive product profiles, detailing positioning, risk/return characteristics, liquidity, fee structures, asset classes, and operational needs.
• Collaborate closely with the Compliance Team to address legal and regulatory requirements, while partnering with portfolio managers to align on product strategies and objectives.
• Provide training and knowledge-sharing sessions to the internal sales and distribution teams, highlighting product features and investment strategies to boost sales performance.
• Participate in key client meetings, delivering technical expertise and engaging presentations to strengthen sales proposals.
• Support the preparation of responses to Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs).

• Preferably a CFA charterholder with a degree in Finance, Economics, Financial Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in investment product analysis, management, or a comparable role within the asset management sector, with regional exposure.
• Expertise in financial modeling, product assessment, and a deep understanding of various asset classes, pricing strategies, portfolio construction, regulatory environments, and cross-border fund frameworks (e.g., Mutual Recognition of Funds). Familiarity with fund products such as mutual funds, money market funds, Fund of Funds (FOF), ETFs, digital investment solutions, and seasonal offerings.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to simplify complex investment concepts for diverse stakeholders.
• Self-driven, proactive, and able to thrive independently in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
