Manage IT projects and provide IT support such as project planning & management, system design, system implementation & nursing, etc.

Seconded to our clients of public sector to perform the followings:

• Manage IT projects including, but not limited to, the implementation of Central Operations Support System (COSS), Public Enquiry Management System (PEMS), Smart Trunk Transfer Support System (STTSS), and the new Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) system.
• Participate in preparation of tender documents, procurement of services, hardware and software, supervision and management of IT contractors, coordination with users, etc.
• Provide IT support to users.
• Provide maintenance support of VDI system.
• Assist in administration and maintenance of servers.
• Provide miscellaneous technical support on IT matters.

• Degree holder in Computer Science or related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years post-qualification IT experience with at least 5 years of experience in similar capacity.
• Solid experience in information system development projects.
• Solid experience in contractor management.
• Solid experience in collecting and consolidating user requirements and turning them into structural system specifications.
• Solid experience in Government tender preparation and administration.
• Solid experience in supporting Microsoft Windows Server, Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Hyper-V, VMWare, Citrix XenServer and Citrix Virtual App and Desktop products.
• Possess knowledge and experience in administration of server equipment.
