To facilitate the project implementation for the Fourth Generation Mobilising System (4GMS).

Seconded to our clients of public sector to perform the followings:

• To assist the Technical Managers (TM) in the implementation and testing in particular the electronics-based systems, of the 4GMS.
• To assist the TM in reviewing, testing and validating related testing documentations and workflows, conducting preparation testing with contractors, handling technical issues with contractor and enhancing the design to match with FSD operational needs.
• To work closely with IT teams to establish database structure, implement firewall rules and security protocols and oversee account setup and permissions for users to ensure data integrity and compliance with government policy and practices.
• To participate in project meetings and provide technical insights and recommendations, and stay updated with trends and technologies to enhance products and system development.
• To facilitate the implementation of Terrestrial Trunked Radio project.
• To undertake any other duties as assigned.

• Degree holder in Computer Science or related discipline.
• Minimum 4 years post-qualification IT experience with at least 1 years of experience in similar capacity.
• Bachelor's degree awarded by a post-secondary institution in Hong Kong, including but not limited to the eight University Grants Committee funded universities in Hong Kong, or a bachelor's degree awarded by an overseas university or a polytechnic in the UK, the USA, Canada, New Zealand or Australia; or an accredited associate degree or a higher diploma in information technology from a Hong Kong or overseas tertiary education institute.
• At least 3 years working experience in project implementation or system design is preferable.
• Strong knowledge of electronics systems, e.g. display system, digital recording system, access control system, telephone system, wireless communication is preferable.
• Advanced experience in network infrastructure, e.g. firewall configuration or access control is preferable.
• At least 1 year working experience in mission critical system is preferable.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
