 To implement and provide system support for crime related application systems.

Seconded to our clients of public sector to perform the followings:

• To co-ordinate the implementation of new initiatives from different crime bureau.
• To perform systems analysis & design, program development, implementation and integration, various kinds of testing, installation, infrastructure design and technical support to various projects and systems throughout the SDLC. 
• To provide on-call support to tackle urgent system and application incidents for the supported systems.
• To liaise with service contractors to resolve issues in different stages of new projects including Centralised Digital Image Platform (CDIP) and existing crime systems.
• To provide application support to existing crime related applications including Case Photo Repository (CPR) and Digital Archive Platform (DAP).
• To monitor the performance of the service contractors and the progress of project.
• To review and comment deliverables from the service contractors.
• To perform procurement of hardware, software and services.
• To carry out any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

• Degree holder in Computer Science or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years post-qualification IT experience with at least 3 years of experience in similar capacity.
• The candidate is required to participate in the provisioning of IT solution, procurement of hardware and software, acquisition of IT services and coordinating with users, vendors and other support teams on project activities.
