System implementation, production support and quality assurance for the Information Technology (IT) System for the 2026 Population Census (26C).

Seconded to our clients of public sector to perform the followings:

• To assist Project Manager in coordinating and monitoring project activities;
• To carry out quality control, quality assurance and project management duties;
• To coordinate with various independent parties, including those appointed, in conducting independent third-party review and testing on system functionalities, system security and system loading;
• To collect and analyse user requirements, in liaison with outsourced contractors, users and internal IT Teams where appropriate;
• To prepare test plan, carry out system integration testing and facilitate user testing;
• To diagnose and resolve project and/or technical issues;
• To review project deliverables including system documentations produced by Service Contractor and other vendors; 
• To provide ad-hoc production support during the census operation; 
• To report progress regularly on tasks assigned; and
• To perform other duties as required by C&SD.

• Degree holder in Computer Science or related discipline.
• Minimum 4 years post-qualification IT experience with at least 2 years of experience in similar capacity.
• Solid working experience in SA&D and program development in the following areas:
  -    HTML, CSS, Internet/Intranet, XML, JSON;
  -    Responsive Web Design;
  -    Web programming; and
  -    Apache Web Server.
• Solid working experience in system integration test, user acceptance test, load test and stress test;
• Solid working experience in supporting or implementing public facing web applications; and
• Preferable to have working experience in the following areas:
  -    Web Content Management System;
  -    Thematic Websites;
  -    Web and mobile accessibility with WCAG 2.1/2.2;
  -    UI/UX design and review; and
  -    Security Risk Assessment and Audit.
