IT System Development and Implementation.

Seconded to our clients of public sector to perform the followings:

• Assist in project management of system implementation and maintenance projects.
• Conduct user requirements definition and prepare specifications for IT projects.
• Conduct application and data architecture design for public facing IT system.
• Lead programmers for various IT system implementation activities.
• Provide IT advisory to end users, including planning and acceptance testing of IT system, procurement of IT-related items and services.
• Perform quality control and assurance on project deliverables.
• Take up other duties as assigned by supervisors.

• Degree holder in Computer Science or related discipline.
• Minimum 4 years post-qualification IT experience with at least 1 year of experience in similar capacity.
• Shall possess strong technical knowledge in various development tools/environments including web/application server, application programming, web application framework, relational database management system, cloud infrastructure and IT security etc.
• Shall work independently. 
• Shall have solid hands-on experience in design and development of web-based application systems
• Shall be good in spoken and written communication skills and preferably with application development experience on Low-Code development platform.
