Implementation and support of enterprise infrastructure with network switch, storage area network (SAN), Hypervisor, Linux, backup appliances, Artificial Intelligence (AI) servers and load balancer, monitoring tools, etc.

Seconded to our clients of public sector to perform the followings:

• To provide project support to mission critical projects.
• To provide advice, support and coordination in different stages of active projects and existing systems.
• To manage the infrastructure design, setup, implementation, administration, performance and support for mission-critical systems, including network switch, SAN, FusionCompute and ZStack, Hypervisor, Linux, backup appliances, NPU/GPU AI servers and load balancer, monitoring tools, etc.
• To manage and coordinate with IT contractors and related parties in supporting new projects and existing systems.
• To provide on-call support to tackle urgent system and application incidents for the supported systems.

• Degree holder in Computer Science or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years post-qualification IT experience with at least 3 years of experience in similar capacity.
• Solid experience in system implementation and maintenance support.
• Solid experience in supporting Linux, SAN and TCP/IP Network.
• Solid experience in supporting Chinese software/hardware in particular hypervisor, network switch, backup appliance and load balancer is preferred.
• To coordinate and manage cabling work for structured cabling infrastructure in data center.
• To provide AI infrastructure design and support operations for applications based on AI LLM models.
