Provide technical advice and implementation support to new projects as well as on-going maintenance support of a number of application systems.

Seconded to our clients of public sector to perform the followings:

• To provide implementation support to enhancement projects under OPS SYS, e.g. OBS2, Public Facing Chatbot and STREAMS2.
• To provide on-going maintenance support to a number of existing systems, e.g. OBS2, Public Facing Chatbot and STREAMS2.
• To manage and coordinate with the contractors and related parties in supporting new projects and existing systems.
• To perform systems analysis and design, program development, implementation and integration, various kinds of testing, installation, infrastructure design and technical support to various projects and systems throughout the SDLC.
• To provide on-call support to tackle urgent system and application incidents for the supported systems.
• To perform procurement of hardware, software and services.
• To carry out any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

• Degree holder in Computer Science or related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years post-qualification IT experience with at least 5 years of experience in similar capacity.
• Solid experience in IT application development and management.
• Solid experience in IT Security.
• Solid experience in JBoss Application Server.
• Solid experience in Business process Re-engineering.
• Solid experience in Project Management.
• Solid experience in Vendor Management
• Solid experience in System Implementation and Maintenance/Support
• It is desirable if the candidate possesses the following skills:
  (a)    Experience in Document Flow/Workflow Management.
  (b)    Working experience with/in the department.
  (c)    Experience in Structured Query Language.
  (d)    Experience in Coordination.
  (e)    Experience in IT Service/ Outsourcing Management.
