• Application development/maintenance on vehicle emissions measurement systems and vehicle emission models;
• Assisting in data analysis of vehicle emissions data; and
• IT projects and operations administration.

Seconded to our clients of public sector to perform the followings:

• Develop, maintain and upgrade vehicle emission models and emission modelling systems;
• Maintain and upgrade existing vehicle emission measurement systems;
• Assist in data analysis for vehicle emission measurements, emission inventory and other related studies; 
• IT projects and operations administration; and
• Monitor local and overseas contractors for existing and new IT projects.

• Degree holder in Computer Science or related discipline.
• Minimum 7 years post-qualification IT experience with at least 2 years of experience in similar capacity
• At least 7 years in-depth programming experience in Visual Studio 2010, VB.net/C#.net, ADO.net, VSTO;
• At least 7 years development experience in Oracle (PL/SQL and Stored Procedure);
• At least 7 years IT project management experience;
• Holder of Oracle Certified Professional is preferred; and
• Experience in statistical analysis is an advantage.
