• IT Application Development and Management.

• Management and maintenance of in-use vehicle emission control systems including:
  - Integrated Vehicle Emission Control Information System (iVECIS); and 
  - Fixed Penalty Information system (FPIS) for banning of idle vehicle engine.
• Assist in development of on-going projects under the Section.
• Overseeing IT security to follow requirements of departments.

Seconded to our clients of public sector to perform the followings:

• Monitor operation of iVECIS and FPIS;
• Monitor revamp of the FPIS system;
• Supervise contractors' performance;
• Overall coordination with users and other departments for user input / user testing in relation to the development of iVECIS and FPIS; and
• Oversee and manage IT security in all systems for the Section, including admin system.

• Degree holder in Computer Science or related discipline.
• Minimum 12 years post-qualification IT experience with at least 8 years of experience in similar capacity
• Experience in vehicle information system;
• Experience in development, implementation, operation, maintenance of systems;
• Proficient in web-based database system application development, implementation, maintenance using programming languages & various tools;
• Experience in developing QPS and SOA projects under OGCIO/DPO; and
• Experience in eProcurement and IT security.
