Administrate and enhance a web application system of the Quality Education Fund (QEF).

Seconded to our clients of public sector to perform the followings:

• To administrate and monitor the enhancement of an existing web application system of QEF;
• To coordinate business and technical requirements study, system analysis and design, implementation and integration of IT systems;
• To perform quality assurance and verification of work and deliverables of the contractor; 
• To conduct system test, provide technical support and advice to users of IT systems and in IT activities; and
• To perform other duties related to IT matters as assigned.

• Degree holder in Computer Science or related discipline.
• Minimum 6 years post-qualification IT experience with at least 4 years of experience in similar capacity
• At least 1 year of post-qualification experience in information systems in schools / education sector; 
• Level 2 (Grade E before 2007) or above in both Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B before 2007) in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent; 
• Effective verbal and written communication skills; and
• Possession of Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
