Oversee the revamp project of the Maintenance Accounting and Information System (MAINS).

Seconded to our clients of public sector to perform the followings:

• Act as an internal project manager to manage the revamp project of MAINS according to the approved schedule and budget. Manage the changes in scope, schedule and cost.
• Monitor the output of the IT contractor for the revamp of MAINS. Recommend the best practice and assist in accepting of IT contractor's deliverables.
• Integrate the internal resources and lead the IT teams (incl. contractors, officers) for the revamp of MAINS to plan and execute the switching over work.
• Coordinate with the Road Maintenance Monitor system (RMMS) IT support team for the data synchronization and interfacing between RMMS and MAINS.
• Liaise with the GCIS team, network team and the relevant IT contractors for migration of MAINS related servers to the department Cloud.

• Degree holder in Computer Science or related discipline.
• Minimum 15 years post-qualification IT experience with at least 2 years of experience in similar capacity.
