Department provides mobile devices (i.e. Apple iPhones and iPads) to all directorate and senior professional staff and subscribes Mobile Workplace Services (MWS) for access to the Internet, access to Lotus Notes emails, Outlook emails, mobile communication, information management, and other personal assistant and mobile applications. Furthermore, Mobile Confidential Mail Service (MCMS) is provided to facilitate users to access their Confidential Mails through the mobile devices. All these services and features are managed by a Mobile Device Management (MDM) System. Also, for all IT systems, including MCMS, Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR), CMMP Mobile App (CMMP ME),security assessment and audit (SRAA) is required to be conducted every two years.

Seconded to our clients of public sector to perform the followings: 

• Carry out installation and configuration of MWS, MCMS, CMMP ME and MDM on mobile devices (i.e. iPhone and iPad) and distributed the configured mobile devices to the users.
• Provide technical support to MWS and MCMS users and maintenance of the mobile devices including upgrading of iOS, data migration/backup, renewal of server certificates, etc.
• Maintain in the regular upgrades of MDM System, Mobile applications and rollout the EDR for all mobile devices. 
• Assist in IT security assessment and audit, including liaison and clarification with service provider, follow-up with SRAA findings, and risk evaluation.
• Perform other IT duties assigned by supervisors.

• A higher diploma in either computer science, information technology or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years post-qualification IT experience with at least 4 years of experience in similar capacity.
