Responsible for System Development, Implementation and Maintenance
 

Seconded to our clients of public sector to perform the followings:

• To lead project teams in the development, enhancement, and maintenance of application systems;
• To coordinate and collaborate with vendors and relevant parties for system integration and enhancement of application systems;
• To research and recommend new technologies and tools to improve system development efficiency and effectiveness;
• To report project progress, risks and key issues to senior management and to monitor and ensure the reliability and stability of production systems; and
• To contribute to IT strategy planning, resource allocation, and continuous process improvement initiatives across the service units in the department.
  
   

• Master Degree holder in Computer Science or related discipline;
• Minimum 11 years post-qualification IT experience with at least 3 years of experience in similar capacity;
• To provide project management, staff management and contractor management for providing production support, on-going maintenance, development and enhancement for application systems of the department,
• The candidate should possess in-depth knowledge on project management, system development and maintenance, and familiar with procurement and security requirements. 
• The candidate should possess public health terminology and data standards knowledge.
• The candidate should possess development and support experience in large scale, high demand and public facing projects, knowledge in virtual waiting room technology is preferred.
