Responsible for the development, migration, enhancement, testing, and ongoing maintenance of IT systems and websites, in addition to architecting and supporting infrastructure solutions across both on-premise and cloud platforms.  Duties include ensuring seamless deployment, performance optimisation, backup and recovery, vendor coordination, and sustained operation of internal and public-facing application systems.

Seconded to our clients of public sector to perform the followings:

• Install, upgrade, and apply patches to server infrastructure components, including operating systems, virtual machine platforms, and essential system software (e.g., antivirus, data backup utilities)
• Deploy, maintain, and provide technical support for application systems hosted on department, leveraging both Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) and Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) environments
• Perform scheduled system backups and ensure the integrity and recoverability of data
• Support routine and ad hoc data backup operations to safeguard critical information assets
• Oversee and coordinate with outsourced service providers, ensuring service level agreements and performance standards are consistently met

• Degree holder in Computer Science or related discipline;
• Minimum 4 years post-qualification IT experience with at least 1 years of experience in similar capacity. 
• Must have solid experience in Microsoft Active Directory Administration
• Must have solid experience in System Backup with Bightstor ArcServe
• Must have solid experience in Linux System Administration
• Must have solid experience in Oracle RDBMS
• Must have solid experience in Server Virtualisation Technology
• Must have solid experience in IT Service/Outsourcing Management
