Provide technical expertise and support for management/implementation of IT projects, which include upgrade/enhancement of IT infrastructure, network and systems, IT security assessment and improvement; and assist to manage the daily IT operations and maintenance and support services for IT network and systems in Department.

Seconded to our clients of public sector to perform the followings:

• Providing technical advice and support for the management/implementation of IT projects and daily IT operations and maintenance and support services.
• Liaising and coordinating among users and contractors and assisting in resolving project issues from project initiation to project closure.
• Reviewing and commenting on project deliverables to assure their quality and compliance with department standards.
• Assisting in monitoring contractor performance and project progress
• Assisting in supervising IT support staff in the provision of system operations, maintenance and support services.

• Degree holder in Computer Science or related discipline;
• Minimum 4 years post-qualification IT experience with at least 1 years of experience in similar capacity. 
• Experience in Confidential Mail System
• Experience in Lotus Notes Administration & Technical Support, Storage Area Network and System Backup with Bightstor ArcServe.
