Project Support on GOA Services, Centrally Managed Messaging Platform (CMMP) and implementation of Youth Hostel Scheme Management System (YHSMS)
 

Seconded to our clients of public sector to perform the followings:

• To assist and monitor the delivery, installation, implementation and acceptance of hardware, software and services acquired for IT projects;
• To provide support on development and maintenance for computer applications and GOA systems / services;
• To provide PC LAN Support and IT Helpdesk Support to department users;
• To perform regular software assets deployment, SCCM and RemoteApp updates; and
• To perform any other duties assigned by supervisor.
  
   

• Degree holder in Computer Science or equivalent;
• Minimum 7 years post-qualification IT experience with at least 4 years of experience in similar capacity.
• Solid experience in problem diagnostic of Windows AD and CMMP;
• Solid experience in multi-vendors coordination including SOA contractors;
• Solid experience in IT Helpdesk support on PC and mobile devices; and
• Solid experience in implementation of two-factor authentication.
