1. Provide technical advice and contractor management for IT infrastructure upgrade and system enhancement projects;
2. Perform feasibility study for IT solutions and application system enhancement and provide technical support;
3. Perform IT security management and review;
4. Supervise support staff to perform set-up and testing of new client hardware and software for end users.
    

Seconded to our clients of public sector to perform the followings:

• Coordinate with contractors for application testing and acceptance for system upgrade and enhancement;
• Carry out quality control and quality assurance, project management and contractor management duties;
• Implement IT security measures, review IT security documents and perform system log management;
• Provide technical advice on designing new IT solutions and application system enhancement;
• Carry out project planning and implementation of IT projects including feasibility study, systems analysis and design, installation, system nursing and maintenance;
• Carry out administration and support for Oracle database;
• Provide support to end users;
• Perform any other duties (e.g. on-call duty during weekends and public holidays) as may be required from time to time relevant to the implementation and maintenance support of the above and any other systems of the department.
   

• Degree holder in Computer Science or related discipline;
• Minimum 6 years post-qualification IT experience with at least 3 years of experience in similar capacity;
• At least three years of post-qualification system analyst working experience in developing and supporting large-scale application system(s); 
• At least three years of post-qualification project management working experience, professional qualification in project management such as PMP or PRINCE 2 must have definite advantage;
• At least three year of post-qualification programming experience in XML, CSS, HTML, Java and Oracle.
