Systems Analyst for the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System.

Seconded to our clients of public sector to perform the followings:

• Operating system and database patch update/ upgrade;
• SAP and HANA software patch update/ upgrade and SAP BASIS support;
• Security risk assessment;
• Capacity planning and infrastructure design;
• System backup and recovery;
• System refresh and cloning;
• Disaster recovery planning and drill test; and
• Troubleshooting and monitoring of the ERP system.
• Communicate with all levels and solve the technical problems in a timely manner; and
• Adopt the standard process methodologies and follow the corresponding IT guidelines.
   

• Degree holder in Computer Science or related discipline;
• Minimum 6 years post-qualification IT experience with at least 2 years of experience in similar capacity;
• Minimum five years of SAP system support/ implementation;
• Knowledge of SAP BASIS, SAP monitoring, SAP system upgrade and SAP HANA database management is a must;
• Knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA is preferable;
• Able to work independently; and
• Certification in SAP is preferable.
