• To provide technical and administrative support on the best use of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in meeting business objectives of Bureau/Department;
• To review and provide recommendation on the design and enhancement of ICT infrastructure and computer systems of Bureau/Department.

Seconded to our clients of public sector to perform the followings:

• To advise on the overall design of system infrastructure including network design and system management;
• To assist in preparation of the work assignment briefs/requirements specifications documents for the procurement of hardware, software and related services;
• To assist in technical evaluation of the work assignment/acquisition proposals;
• To review and assist in the quality assurance of project deliverables;
• To assist in monitoring the project progress and performance of contractors;
• To assist in performing user acceptance test on project deliverables; and
• To oversee the compliance of the ICT systems with government regulations, policies, guidelines and industry standards.

• Degree holder in Computer Science or related discipline;
• Minimum 6 years post-qualification IT experience with at least 2 years of experience in similar capacity;
• Solid experience in the design, implementation, administration, troubleshooting, integration, migration and upgrade of departmental network infrastructure;
• Solid experience in implementing, troubleshooting, administering and supporting applications such as File Server and Remote Access solution, etc.;
• Experience in supporting Microsoft Windows 10 and Windows Server 2016/2019 operating systems; and
• The candidate is preferred to possess Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or compatible certification.
