To support and provide professional IT advice for the ongoing support and system enhancement for Next Generation Electronic Passport System (e-Passport-2).

Seconded to our clients of public sector to perform the followings:

• To take up round-the-clock on-call duties and provide technical support for mission critical systems of travel document business of the department;
• To coordinate and liaise with users, technical support teams and contractors to implement various system enhancement;
• To provide technical advice for problem diagnosis and resolutions related to the travel
  document business of the department;
• To assist project management duties, quality control and quality assurance related to the travel document business of the department; and
• To perform any other duties as may be required for meeting the department business needs.

• Degree holder in Computer Science or related discipline;
• Minimum 6 years post-qualification IT experience with at least 2 years of experience in similar capacity;
• Possess strong experience in providing technical support of round-the-clock
  mission critical services and good analytical, organizational and logical thinking skills.
