Technical Support and Project Implementation of IT systems and applications.

Seconded to our clients of public sector to perform the followings:

• Provide technical support as well as system administration to the existing IT systems and applications in department, including those developed on top of Microsoft server products especially SharePoint Server, Office 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Teams), Azure Information Protection (AIP), System Center Operation Manager (SCOM), and Active Directory Federation Service (ADFS);
• Implement and manage hybrid cloud (Azure) system; and
• Assist in project management and implementation.

• Degree holder in Computer Science or related discipline;
• Minimum 10 years post-qualification IT experience with at least 6 years of experience in similar capacity;
• At least 3 years' experience in technical support for Office 365, Exchange Online, ADFS and Azure ADFS, and Azure Active Directory Connect.
