Support the PC/LAN Infrastructure of the department.

Seconded to our clients of public sector to perform the followings:

• Support and lead subordinates and vendors in planning, designing, implementing and maintaining the desktop management systems, Chinese computing, Intranet services, e-Fax services, Internet proxy, malware alert, PC workstations and notebook computers of the department.
• Assist the implementation of Endpoint Detection Response of the department.
• Explore the adoption of national products.
• Coordinate with users and other project teams for the above project.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by supervisors.
• Need to take up on-call duty.
• Occasionally need to work after office hours including Saturday, Sunday and public holidays.

• Degree holder in Computer Science or related discipline;
• Minimum 15 years post-qualification IT experience with at least 10 years of experience in similar capacity;
• Have solid experience in technical support of desktop management systems, Chinese computing, Intranet services, e-Fax services, Internet proxy, malware alert, PC workstations and notebook computers.
