To provide IT support to users and assist in configuration of desktop and notebook computers.

Seconded to our clients of public sector to perform the followings:

• To assist in preparing the customized configuration of client devices such as PCs, notebook computers and tablet devices to users;
• To perform testing, replacement and deployment of IT equipment such as PC Workstations, printers and monitors to users;
• To perform installation of hardware and software for users;
• To provide user support and troubleshooting of PC and LAN and other IT equipment.

• Degree Holder in Computer Science, or equivalent;
• Minimum 5 years post-qualification IT experience with at least 5 years of experience in similar capacity.
• Must have rich hands-on experience in PC deployment/replacement.  
• Candidates must be familiar with the Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office.
• Experience in supporting the use of software is preferable. 
• Knowledge on Lotus Notes is essential. Knowledge on Outlook is advantageous.  
• Candidates should be able and willing to share experience and to communicate with users effectively with good attitude.  
• Engaged staff may be required to work overtime for ad hoc jobs.
