Contract Administration of the Standing Offer Agreements for Quality Professional Services (SOA-QPS).

 

Seconded to our clients of public sector to perform the followings:

• Provide contractual advices for the Standing Offer Agreements for Quality Professional Services (SOA-QPS) to user departments and contractors on issues / matters that required attention;
• Check on completeness and integrity of information in Quality Professional Services Information System (QPSIS) for SOA-QPS and provide general support / advice to QPSIS support team;
• Process request from / to contractors regarding changes to Programme Manager, Key Project Staff Sub-contractors, etc.;
• Conduct regular contractor checking exercises such as Key Person Check and Independent Assessment;
• Provide on-going support for facilitating Government IT procedure including the update of the Standard Terms and Conditions and Standard Marking Scheme for IT Turnkey Solutions; and
• Any other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
  
   

• Degree holder in Computer Science or related discipline;
• Minimum 4 years post-qualification IT experience with at least 1 years of experience in similar capacity.
• Shall have sound experience in data analysis using Excel spreadsheet and formula language; and
• Should possess good interpersonal skill.
