To support the enhancements scheduled in 2025/26 for Wide Area Network (WAN) infrastructure connecting across department's data centres and remote offices including capacity upgrade for WAN services.

Seconded to our clients of public sector to perform the followings:

• Support the enhancements and administration of the WAN infrastructure (including enterprise level routers, switches, firewalls, etc.) setup at department data centres, Branch Offices and Control Points;
• Coordinate site preparation matters related to the WAN infrastructure at various department's locations;
• Provide ongoing WAN services support for various project teams; and
• Perform other duties assigned by supervisor.
   

• Degree holder in Computer Science or related discipline;
• Minimum 4 years post-qualification IT experience with at least 1 years of experience in similar capacity.
• Solid experience in supporting enterprise grade Cisco Nexus 7000 series, Cisco 7200 series and 6800 series network equipment, as well as solid experience in supporting Huawei network products;
• Hands-on experience in WAN migration between data centres and remote offices; and
• Hands-on experience in troubleshooting the WAN related issues with project teams and vendors.
