Responsible for providing technical and advisory support to the management relating to the smart city initiative and other relevant tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Seconded to our clients of public sector to perform the followings:

• To conduct desktop researches on Smart City Initiatives including smart city standards, potential applications and updates on smart city development;
• To provide support in preparing Smart City related documents, including but not limited to LegCo panel papers, line-to-take and Q&As for LegCo meetings, papers and presentation material for related meetings, as well as different types of ad-hoc reports as per management request;
• To provide advisory support to the relevant smart city projects/initiatives of other bureaux/departments;
• To liaise with the Contractor and relevant parties to design, implement and test for enhancement in the revamped smart city portal;
• To assist in liaison with various stakeholders relating to smart city initiatives; and
• To provide administrative support in other ICT matters and perform other relevant tasks as assigned.
   

• Degree holder in Computer Science or related discipline;
• Minimum 4 years post-qualification IT experience with at least 1 years of experience in similar capacity.
• Possess working experience in liaison and coordination, good command of English and Chinese, strong technical background and analytical capability, effective communication and interpersonal skills, and positive working attitude.
• It is preferred for the candidates to possess the following:
  • Experience in Hong Kong ICT industry facilitation, liaison, promotion and support to event / project support and research activities.
  • General understanding of the Smart City Blueprint for Hong Kong and Hong Kong Innovation and Technology Development Blueprint.
