Development, maintenance and enhancement of IT systems and thematic websites in Community Relations Unit (CRU).

Seconded to our clients of public sector to perform the followings:

• To support the IT team to execute IT matters in the CRU;
• To provide technical support and monitor contractor on developing, enhancing and maintaining the Environment and Conservation Fund (ECF) Application and Management System (Smart ECF), including data migration, electronic form building, user requirements verification, cloud service and infrastructure, conducting SRAA and PIA, etc.;
• To manage, enhance and maintain IT systems in CRU, e-form, other subscribed online platforms etc., and ensure their compliance with the requirements;
• To design and develop the websites Environmental Campaign Committee (ECC) and its thematic websites, including improving websites structure, etc.;
• To oversee the development of new online system(s) by vendor(s) engaged by the ECC; and
• Any other duties assigned by the supervisors.

• Degree holder in Computer Science or related discipline;
• Minimum 4 years post-qualification IT experience with at least 3 years of experience in similar capacity.
• In-depth knowledge and experience in Website Design, HTML, HTML5, CSS, PHP, SQL and JavaScript; 
• In-depth knowledge and experience in website management, administration and conducting Security Risk Assessment and Audit;
• Experience in managing outsourced contractors for website development and/or system support;
• In-depth knowledge and experience in conducting system testing and user acceptance test; and
• Knowledge and experience on cloud platform administration and support.
