Job Description

Seconded to our clients of public sector to perform the followings:

  • Lead the team to conduct research/study and evaluation on hardware/software/professional services related to the organisation of IT learning activities in schools.
  • Manage call center to answer queries from schools and provide helpdesk services to provide advices (covering the design of learning activities, procurement of hardware/software/cloud services and training courses, etc.) to schools in organising and implementing IT related extra-curricular activities.
  • Provide supports to schools in submitting funding applications, including the pre-application vetting and preparation of documents to seek approval from Vetting Committee.
  • Manage and coordinate the funding disbursement to schools for approved funding applications.
  • Provide support in conducting school surveys to collect relevant information/statistics.
  • Conduct school visits to assess if there were any non-compliances related to the implementation of approved IT related extra-curricular activities.
  • Manage the team to maintain the content of the web portal and support using e-Forms (with iAM Smart) in the funding applications.
  • Provide supports in all promotion activities of the Programme, such as the Solution Days, Programme Briefings, Exhibitions to showcase participating schools' achievements in IT learning, coordination with participating schools for sharing of their success showcases related to STEAM.
  • Any other duties assigned by the supervisors.
  • In addition, he/she may be required to work in non-office hours on need basis.

Job Requirement

  • Degree holder in Computer Science or related discipline;
  • Minimum 8 years post-qualification IT experience with at least 2 years of experience in similar capacity.
  • Sound experience in providing customer supports, helpdesk supports and consultancy services;
  • Experience in management and handling of funding application of funding schemes is preferable;
  • Experience in providing operation support to systems which are using e-Form and integrated with the authentication and signing systems is preferable;
  • Rich knowledge of information technology (including cyber security);
  • Good knowledge of web technologies, e.g. html, php, MySQL, e-Forms;
  • Good knowledge of emerging technologies (such as artificial intelligence, cloud services, big data, Internet of Things, augmented reality, virtual reality, etc.) is preferable;
  • Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English;
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
