Seconded to our clients of public sector to perform the followings:

• To implement IT initiatives from procurement, design, development, testings, deployment, system maintenance and enhancement, etc., preferably with experience in delivery of public-facing transaction-based IT systems hosted at the Government Cloud Infrastructure Services ("GCIS") and experience in conducting loading/stress/fallback tests;
• To carry out technical research and study on technology refreshment;
• To manage and monitor contractors for outsourced IT services;
• To assist in management of IT related matters supporting election activities;
• To supervise a team of IT staff and carry out other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
   

• Degree holder in Computer Science or related discipline;
• Minimum 8 years post-qualification IT experience with at least 2 years of experience in similar capacity.
