Seconded to our clients of public sector to perform the followings:

• To support the implementation of new/extended e-services of department related to vehicle and driving licensing, and the development of the portal system.
• Support the development of the public facing portal system.
• Take part in the tendering process and the ongoing support for systems which deliver counter services and e-services cum advise users on IT related aspects of the supported systems.
• Perform quality review on the deliverables submitted by contractors and advise users on IT related aspects of the supported systems.
• Liaise with the parties concerned, including users, contractors, stakeholders, etc., for requirements collection & analysis, cost estimations, deliberation of business and technical options, etc.
• Possess solid experience in system deployment to Cloud Infrastructure (e.g. Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS), Container-as-a-Service [CaaS], Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) and etc.)
• Experience and exposure to enterprise application development, web application framework, database query, etc.
• Knowledge and experience in large scale portal development is an advantage.
• Experience in project management and acceptance of deliverables of IT application development project.
• Be a good team leader and player with competent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Degree holder in Computer Science or related discipline;
• Minimum 8 years post-qualification IT experience with at least 2 years of experience in similar capacity;
