• Network & System Management.

Oversee the operation and on-going maintenance of department Central Infrastructure including NGITI.
 

Seconded to our clients of public sector to perform the followings:

• To lead and supervise a team of IT specialists to oversee the operation and on-going maintenance of IT infrastructure;
• To provide support / technical advice on systems, virtualization and hyperconverged infrastructure to senior management and project teams;
• To automate / enhance and streamline operation workflow by various solution;
• To manage IT monitoring for the core / new Systems Infrastructure;
• To develop reports / web sites for performance monitoring and housekeeping.
• To manage and monitor central user identity repository and the associated directory services using Microsoft Active Directory (AD);
• To provide technical advice in site preparation related matters to the setup of IT infrastructure in new DH Offices / Clinics / Health Centres / BCP;
• To support annual core IT systems infrastructure capacity planning and IT Security Risk Assessment and Audit for department core IT systems;
• To work with network / other teams for systems and project support; and
• To perform any other related duties as assigned by supervisor.
   

• Degree holder in Computer Science or related discipline;
• Minimum 10 years post-qualification IT experience with at least 5 years of experience in similar capacity;
• Extensive experience in managing a local IT systems infrastructure with more than 20,000 objects in AD;
• Familiar with Central IT Services (CCC, GCIS, GNET, IAS, IMX, ISCCA);
• Solid experience in managing database server, web server and programming in using HTML / ASP / SQL;
• Hands-on experience in project management with multiple vendors;
• Extensive experience in supporting infrastructure of Health Care / Clinical related applications;
• Self-driven and independent person with good interpersonal communication skills;
• Strong leadership and management skills; and
• Able to meet strict deadlines and maintain high quality of work.
