• Helpdesk Call Handling Technique.

Provide technical support to the implementation and operation of the department database and other IT systems.                                                                                                                                   

Seconded to our clients of public sector to perform the followings:

• Assist in the development of department applications and other new IT systems;
• Assist in the implementation of data governance plan; 
• Prepare and update the data layers as instructed by the supervisors;
• Prepare and update user manuals and training guides for IT systems;
• Manage department helpdesk;
• Provide training to users and other IT systems; 
• Provide technical support to users and other IT systems; and
• Complete other tasks assigned by the management which are necessary for the smooth operation of IT systems.

• Degree Holder in Computer Science or equivalent;
• Minimum 4 years' working experience in the field of IT, and 2 years experience in similar position;
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
