Provide programming support for aircraft wake turbulence detection using short range LIDAR (SRL) applications.

Seconded to our clients of public sector to perform the followings:

• Develop computer tools for the detection of departure aircraft wake turbulence;
• Analyse aircraft wake lifetime under different atmospheric conditions;
• Develop algorithms for building wake detection;
• Implement 2D/3D wind field construction using multiple short-range LIDAR;
• Collaborate with department officers to integrate developed tools into operational workflows for aviation safety.
  
  
   

• Degree holder in Computer Science or equivalent;
• Minimum 6 years post-qualification IT experience with at least 3 years of experience in similar capacity.
• Experience in IDL, Python and C/C++;
• Experience in data analytics;
• Experience in GIS web programming and javascript, preferably knowledge in 3D rendering; and
• Experience in meteorological applications will be an advantage.
